i am 33 years old looking for a roommate to live with me for 7 months. i have a two bedroom apt. i live in apartment building bt. walnut & chestnut. i am looking for a female preferred who works and love animals and is laid back and cause no drama. having company is not a problem but it has to be a decent time and sleep overs has to okayed by me. the bathroom is in that room for everyone to use. but i will build a wall divider so no one could see you lol. but the female has to work no drugs are aloud. smoking is ok(cigarettes). the monthly payment will be for rent and for cable and electric. there is $15.00 fee for the key. that is refundable. if your interested or need more info call me.
